Whole share-equivalents. Drawn on Solana.

Creator trading fees build a stock-token prize on Solana. When the pot reaches one whole share-equivalent, NVDAx first, a verifiable draw picks an eligible staker. A meme that turns activity into something you can hold.

Pre-launch. The pot is 0 NVDAx; demo draws run on live blocks.

A real Solana sample

Check the number yourself.

Twelve sample bond numbers. One real finalized blockhash. Decode base58, reduce modulo twelve, inspect the result. The recorded sample was constructed after finalization; it demonstrates arithmetic and does not prove a fair prize draw.

Fees → NVDAx → a public draw.

The proposed fee recipient collects creator fees in SOL. A published keeper swaps eligible receipts into the canonical NVDAx mint through Solana liquidity. Fees, slippage and keeper costs are accounted separately. When the funded pot has one share-equivalent, freeze the eligible staking list, request Switchboard verifiable randomness, resolve the winner and publish the payout signature.

A whole share-equivalent.

On Solana, NVDAx uses Token-2022. Its raw balance and its displayed share-equivalent can differ after corporate events. The proposed program reads the active scaled-amount multiplier and sizes the prize from that value. The target is one displayed share-equivalent; the token amount is rounded up to atomic units. How the issuer’s multiplier works.

The launch comes first.

$ERNIE will launch on Solana. The mint, staking program, fee destination and randomness setup are not deployed yet. No wallet is connected here, no stake is accepted and the funded pot is zero. The site’s twelve bond numbers are samples with no payout rights.

Why use different randomness for launch?

A future blockhash is useful for a transparent calculation demo, but block producers can influence it. Actual prize draws require a designed and audited request → freeze → resolve flow using verifiable randomness, with explicit failure and timeout rules. Switchboard integration is planned and has not been implemented. Solana randomness documentation.
